Library cards are available and free to all San Miguel County residents, employees, and to Colorado residents who are library cardholders at their local Colorado libraries. Borrowers are always encouraged to carry their library card to take advantage of the library’s self-serve functions. The library reserves the right to revoke all privileges due to blatant abuse of our resources by a patron/family/household.

We do provide cards for visitors if you are only in the area for a short time. This process is a little different but the front desk staff will assist you.

If you still have questions, please call us at 970-327-4833 or you can send an email to staff@loneconelibrary.org.
